SICCA collaborated with Bhumi (NGO) for their festival Eco-Fest in June. Bhumi as a platform enables over 30,000 volunteers in more than 12 cities across India for courses like education, environment, animals, community welfare etc. It helps educate over 25,000 children across India.
The aim of the workshop was to educate children of ages 3 -12 years to make toys out of sustainable materials available at home.
The toys were made with dough and decorated with cereals and pulses taken from the kitchen. These toys were then kept at parks to attract birds in nearby parks.
